I bought a golf shirt size XXL on the 27th of December 2013 for my dad and when I gave it to him on the 28th he told me it was a wrong size he wanted XXXL, he didn't even try it on and it had a whitish stain which wasn't bad and looked like it would come off after a wash. I phone the shop immediately and I spoke to a lady called Lerato, whom I told I've to come change it because of the stain and I had misplaced the receipt. She agreed to change it but when I went to the shop on the 30th I couldn't find the XXXL size, they sent me to Woolworths downstairs and they refused to change it because of the stain. Wen I went back to the standalone store Lerato gave me some serious attitude saying what's she gonna do with a shirt that's got a stain and I didn't have a receipt. I had to by another shirt and I left the one with a stain there. They can keep it for all I can, I wasn't gonna take it if I wasn't going to use it. I will never buy from that shop ever again. When white customers complain about them being slow, they say thing like, "if they think we are slow why don't they come behind the counter and do the job"
