Please refer to this previou report in November: [URL Removed] with reference number 2511130051/GO. I was contacted and informed that my mother's account would be credited by R129.90 as a resolution to the issue reported and the manner it was handled. To date, this proposed resolution has not been honoured which really brings into question whether we are valued customers. I am not satisfied at all and after being so impressed with the feedback, I cannot help but feel I am being fed "lip service". I request that at the very least, this is honoured.
