I was in Bloemfontein for the day and went to their branch as Kimberley's branch closed. I bought a book that I have been looking for, An Unquiet Mind by Kay Redfield Jamison. We left and I thought it good to start reading the book in the car and only then discovered that book was falling apart, pages all over the show. I am extremely disappointed by the quality of the books being sold there and even more so because of the fact that I sent an email to complain about this and a week later I still have no reply. This is completely unacceptable!
