I Just need to compliment this gentleman on the service I received. I
was looking for one book and I was told by another Exclusive Books Branch that there is only one Book left in the whole country and it is at Mandela Square Branch and when I arrived the couldn't seem to find.
Duncan searched everywhere for about 45 minutes looking for this book in particular and he managed it and I was really impressed by the amount of effort he went through for his client.
