Payment arrangements

My mother has made arrangements to pay an amount of R100 every month as she is not working any more. She is being contacted every day by different consultants & to my understanding the call bill is been charge on her account. We have gone to the Balfour branch to hand in the documents that are needed but to my surprise these people are still calling & this is frustrating & cause a lot of stress. There is a consultant that had called using number 0792006121 to tell us that she won't stop calling so I would like to know what exactly do they want my mother to do?
