This time with a lanco watch have been emailing queries since 6th of december everytime the same standard email wait, today i phone twice standard answer the courier has it, today after a argument i got a tracking number and that was one of the promises ons the voucher a tracking number would be given!
Now i found out my package is missing! Further more another promise is broken that my gift will be here before 25th!
Now they think a refund will fix it I WANT THE WATCH that is what i ordered!
