So this week, for the second time in as many months for us, [URL Removed] again put the SENDER'S name on the address label, meaning that the post office wouldn't release the package to us, requiring the sender to appear (one from France, one from England!). There followed up to a month of trying to sort it out the first time, and more hassle for us all the second time. And in the third instance delivery of a birthday present was more than 10 days later than they said, meaning it missed the birthday. I would recommend using any other online retailer than [URL Removed] They're clearly not capable.
