On 16 December 2013 my wife and i made a purchase at Dischem on Beyers Naude, since it was festive season the store was very congested, we joined the queue to pay and a supervisor directed us to the cosmetics counter as the tills were full.
The lady at the counter swiped my wife's card for a total amount of R431.90, and the machine gave an error message, she said the transaction did not go through and swiped the card again for R431.90, a total of R863.80 was debited from my wife's account and to date the additional R431.90 has not been reversed.
Please sort this issue out ASAP as it is a major inconvenience
