I bought the 7" wifi tablet on 2nd Dec, it was supposed to be delivered on 3rd but didn't arrive until a day later not a good start then the unit was messing around so I emailed Support on 9th... no reply.
After another couple of emails to them I eventually got a reply on 16th saying the unit would be collected for assessment within 48 hours. It's now 22nd Dec & still nobody has come to collect.
I have emailed a lot of times & put a message on the website, somebody phoned me on Thurs 19th to apologise for the service & said they would phone back later that day or the Friday as well as putting a credit voucher on my account as an apology but nothing!!! I have emailed again & put another message on the website stating that I want a full refund or I'm going to the Consumer Board this is ridiculous!
I would never recommend Kalahari to anybody.
