Faulty Merchandise sold

I purchased a Blackberry phone in August 2013, in November 2013 the phone's Lcd was going grey with lines. Took in back to the store and they send it in for repairs. The manager checked the phone to see for damages and if the phone has been dropped which it did not drop. The phone has been returned back from MTN after a month with a report that I've dropped the phone and the board is damaged. Not happy with this report as I did not drop the phone. I called Foschini H/o and they referred me to Mtn. I did not purchase the phone from Mtn. They cannot help me.
