In late 2011 I purchased a lounge suit from UFO Roslouw branch and paid cash for a upper leather imported suit. Not even 6 to 8 months later the seating on the two and three seater couches collapsed. The foam had failed and the springs were pushing through. To date I have exchanged the suit four times and need to exchange it again as the same problem has occurred.
For months now I am waiting for an answer from the top management of UFO Furniture's to how they are going to sort out this problem and solve it as evertime I call then they will get back to me which they don't.
It is strange that UFO Furnitures as being a large company as they presume to be changed there record system and lost all my documentation.
My honest. oppinuin is that UFO Furnitures sell inferior products.
