I am complaining in behalf of my mom, Yvonne Schimper, who have ordered a big white frame from you, and this particular store did not have it in stock.
She asked if she could order one which they assisted her with, this have been over 4 weeks now, and every sunday she will go back in order to check, and all they say they have received nothing.
Yesterday she was there again, only to be told they could not assist her and that there is no one there to help her with her query with regards to the framed ordered. The lady simple turned around and starting chatting with the co employee.
I feel this is very rude and very bad publicity.
