Someone phoned me and told me they were going to send me a free gift and when I go and have a look at the company website to see the products, it isn't working.
Then when I try to let Maria Garcia know that it isn't working on more than one occasion I get no reply on any attempts whatsoever. I then thought I would phone to ask for when this gift would arrive and for a product catalogue but the lady that answered the phone has no telephone manner at all. She was so rude and spoke to me like I was an that I was so put off that I didn't even ask for the catalogue.
I have used the products before and was very happy, so when I got the call about the gift I was very excited. But after this experience where I have been completely ignored and treated like an I am not too sure about this company's view on customer service.
It is just good business practice to respond to customer queries and to have telephone etiquette.
