Complaint falls on deaf ears

I ordered a suite of bed linens from HomeChoice in November. The sale was effortless, and I had no issued with the order until it arrived. The bed linen was as hard as nails, starched to the texture of cardboard! I washed all the bed linen several times in the hopes of softening it, this has yet to happen. The cushions that came with the set, frayed and split open after one wash. HomeChoice have called me 2-3 times per week nagging me to open an account, yet no one wants to sort my unhappiness with the poor quality. Fowzia Brandt's response was, send the goods back in their original packaging. Clearly did not read my email, and has no intention of discussing my concerns or working toward a solution. I will NEVER order HomeChoice products again!
