I went to Canal Walk House and Home in the beginning of August and purchased a Serta Novou King extra length bed. After waiting 7 weeks (when told it will take 2 to 3 weeks) apparently they made the wrong bed (Just a King NO extra length) and the order was cancelled and a new order was placed on the 01/10/2013. This order is set to be delivered now on roughly 21-23 October. So I get my bed now 10 weeks later and have had a pregnant wife (who the bed was meant for to ease the pregnancy) who is not happy. I dealt with Eric Kofa who is very professional and a delight to deal with but the fact remains that this bed is incredibly late by anyone's standards. The process can not be speeded up at this point so I would like to know what H&H is going to do about this? I have been incredibly inconvenienced and agitated by this and it has put a sour taste in my mouth with regard to H&H.
