Shocking organisation & lack of delivery

I ordered new couch inners at end Aug/beginning Sept&was told that they would be ready for collection by 25 Oct. I heard nothing so called to enquire after 25 Oct&was told that there was a backlog. Since then, I have on 4 occasions traveled from Carletonville to Clearwater and/or the warehouse in Maraisburg (approx 170km&2 hrs driving time return in each instance) in response to calls/sms's informing me that my order is ready for collection, only to get there&be told that that is not the case, or that only some of the cushions are ready. Today I drove to Clearwater to collect the last item (on the last occasion, they couldn't find this item), after receiving an sms specifically stating that the item has been found & is at Clearwater. When I got there, I was AGAIN told that the item is not there. Coricraft say they will find the item&deliver it to me, but can't commit to a date saying that their truck doesn't travel to C/ville often. I have suffered extreme inconvenience & expense driving to & fro due to their miscommunication/poor organisation&feel that at the very least they should make a special trip out to deliver the item ASAP, esp given that theyre2months late
