I have tried in vain to get competent technical support on the purchase of office IT equipment from Dion Wired. The service is slow and painful and product knowledge is very limited. I have now got equipment that is not compatible and have been told that I have to call around to get the adaptors. The sales man is not available and he assured me that the equipment is compatible. Poor service!!!
