I am gutted!!!
Today is my wedding anniversary and i wanted to surprise my husband with a Samsung Galaxy Tab3 7.0.
I went to Incredible Connections yesterday (16/12/13) to do an upgrade, the system was down. I called twice this morning to make sure everything was in order before going. I just came from the store now again (17/12/13) and i am totally upset. I believe the deal on the catalogue (Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0- 1GB anytime 1GB night owl) is not loaded on their system. What the flip! how can this be such service after waiting there for an 1hr and 20 mins. I can't believe this.
Because of someone not updating your system i am unable to get what i want. UNACCEPTABLE!
Such an incovenience and now I am freaking upset on my anniversary!!!
