Earlier this month I wrote a complaint about Pick n Pay advertising two appetisers for R30, however when I queried the price I was being charged at the Hyper-by-the-sea branch I was condescendingly told I am mistaken as they have Moni's at that price on special.
I received a generic response from the company and was told that I would receive a voucher and an apology, which hasnt since materialised. I would like others to know how poor pick n pay "responds". I wont be bribed with a voucher but the least they could do is issue an apology due to the embarassment I encountered in front of other shoppers because of their incompetent staff. Pick n Pay IS NOT A COMPANY THAT RESPONDS.
