This will be the 3rd time i have taken back our vacum cleaner.

1st time they supplied me with a new filter after having the item for a few weeks, asked them to swap item or refund the money as i was not happy with the product. they asked that i give it another try and see how it goes.

2nd time i pleaded to return my money or a gift card so u can purchase something that would work for me. they replaced the filter yet again and asked that i try again. although i did not want to the insisted i do, but i said if i return again i will not be willing to do this again.

Today was the final straw. i return again as this product is not working as it should, it barely has any suction. I did not receive my slip back from them the last time and they are telling me my warranty in now invalid. the manager chris from Cape Gate has no respect and treated me like i have no clue what i am talking about and reverts to sarcasm useless feedback.

I will not accept this and demand the return of my money, and the very least a gift card on return of this product.
