Went into Edgars Sammy Marks Square. Unable to give me a trial of Ginger which they claimed suited my skin colour. Previously used elizabeth arede-its discontinued. Edgars referred me to Foschini Clinique, Foschini referred me to Truworths.. Totally frustrating - pOsted comment on your website - no response 2 week later. Does clinque even care!!! Where is the customer service - how do you expect people to move to your product- I drove so far into town only to be referred to 2 other stores.. consultant in Foschin says she is out of a sample for the past 6 months!!! Since i am allergic to some products - I wanted to try a 1 day sample first.. What is happening to you Guys... totally disappointing and frustrating
