I was not impressed with the service received from this store yesterday. I went in to purchase my monthly Clinique facial products (not cheap if I might mention). Firstly there was no one available to assist at the Clinique station, I had to look for an assistant to just help me, after eventually finding someone, I then waited about 20minutes for some lady who then offered to help, but did not know the products at all. After much confusion, I got my products then enquired on the special offered whereby u receive samples if u buy a no of products, I just got a don't care attitude. That samples are finished take what we have... Thereafter I proceeded to the paypoint, where there was no one available. Actually in the entire store.. (So another waiting period)... This to me was really bad service after I spent nearly R2000 in one go, and have been a loyal customer over the years. I really think because we are entering the Xmas busy period, they should maybe consider increasing staff in the stores.
