I ordered a CD from Kalahari on the 28/10 and only heard via email on the 14/11 they cannot find the CD. I phoned about 4 times to inquire about the refund money (R162.27) which was supposed to be paid back into my account within 3-5 working days. Its now 2 weeks later and i'm still waiting. The last person (Craig W) i spoke to don't want to put me through to a manager or supervisor.
When will this be sorted out. This is extremely bad service. Click Click ding dong... i don't think so!
