Bad experience turned around

On 25 Jan 2013 my wife ordered 5 platters with Xolani (Spelling) for collection for my sons birthday party on 2 Feb 2013. We were told we can collect at 9am on the morning of his party.

I was there at 9:15am only to discover that Xolani had not placed the order with the supplier. It was now 9:45am when I spoke to Eric (GM of the store). At this stage both my wife and I were fuming! With only 45min to go before the party started, I told them not to worry and that I would grab a few things from Woolies. Eric was not happy with this and asked that I give him and his team a chance to rectify the solution and put some platters together with what they could find in the store. I agreed.

I was really impressed by Jafta and his colleague (did not get her name but have photos) who rushed around the store pulling things of shelves and rushing around to get 5 platters made in 30min.

Eric, Jafta and his colleague restored my faith in PnP and showed me how proud they are of their company, they simply would not allow me to go somewhere else. They helped me carry the platters to my car and said goodbye with a smile on their faces. Wow, what an amazing turn around, thanks guys!
