Late delivery, spilt food

Me and my collegueas ordered food on the 27th May 2013 at 11:25 and where told the food would be delivered between 13:00 and 13:30 at 13:25 we called again to find out if the food was already on its way. Martin then gave us an attitude saying that we should wait the food will be at our office which was in 5 minutes. We waited till 13:40 and the food was still not delivered. We called again at 14:00 and Martin mentioned that he was in contact with the delivery man (Charm) and would call us back in 5 minutes which never happened. We took our time and money to call him again seeing that we were never going to hear from him as still Charm was not at our office. After several calls Charm (the delivery man) arrived at 14:26. When we went to collect the food it was in an untidy state, oils all over, the boxes were torn and the salads were dry. Please note that this is not the first time this has occurred and it seems it worsens by the day. The bad service has gotten to a point were we wonder what happens during the food making process
