Since when is one required to provide proof of id and obtain authorisation to purchase over R3000? Yours is the first retailer where I have been inconvenienced by having to firstly provide ID to purchase a frikken lawnmower and secondly having to wait for my credit card to be copied, and then some person who holds no importance in my life, had to come and look at the cc, and the id, and sign to say he authorizes the payment. Who the is he to authorise payment when my bank allows the payment to go through. Next time I'll just save you the hassle and me the inconvenience and frustration, and make my larger purchases elsewhere!
