After receiving terrible service from Pick 'n Pay online shopping - Faerie Glen branch, I called the call centre and went off on this poor man called Louie. He stayed calm and apologized even though it wasn't his fault. He even called me back to make sure that the matter was resolved. Thank you for your great customer service.
