Challenger Trailers
R1200 for duplicate papers

I bought my trailer from Makro Woodmead. Gave the papers to an agent to register it and he misplaced papers.
Called Challenger to get duplicate papers and was told i had to pay an ridiculous amount of R1200 to receive duplicates . how is this amount justified? Is this what we call customer service?
I sent Jaroldine an email expressing my view of the amount asking how is this justified and did not receive an answer.
