On Monday 2 Dec, made an appointment, check with Barnard if they have stock which he confirmed. Took the bakkie in for hail damage of windscreen. Took them ages to help me and get the claim going. Then I realised something was wrong when they took the windscreen out and left me there standing. I asked how long it will take and he said one hour. I left to do some other business, three hours later I got worried and started phoning. Barnard never had stocked and made the customer wait for three hours without trying to inform me. He from the start saying he had stock. Bad taste my friend... Won't do business with Glasfit again...
