Good day, my name is Mr R Naiker. I had obtained a new contract at the above mentioned store about 3 months ago.
I received the BlackBerry Z10 on contract. I was not made aware that I will be paying for my hand set and the unlimited BBM 4 life service that been promised to me.
All the additional charges for the services and the handset was not explained to me upon me taking out this contract.
Had I been made aware of all the additional services. I would have not taken this contract as it's costing me more and more each month.
I have been to the store and spoke to the consultant and she promised me that this error would be resolved and that I would recieve a call from them on 03/12/2013.
To my knowledge this matter is still unresolved and would like for someone senior at the store to take ownership and responsibility for this mess.
The service that I have received thus far is pathetic and I am a completely unsatisfied client.
Please treat this as urgent and provide feedback timeously.
