Hi
I am so feed up with the Spar at spruitview! I get no help whats so ever. I have been there so many times as it is closer to where i stay and the staff there always looking tired as if they dnt want to help or they bored! The worst expierence is this recent one where i have been calling them looking for prices for Tops and a lady by the name of Lerato was so rude and unhelpful and everytime i called to just put me on hold after she heard my voice many times! I then called again requesting to speak to the manager and a lady by the name of Sarah answered and asked who i am to bne looking for the manager and she kept laughing on the phone when i said i want to complain about the bad service, she then said i should hold and kept talking abt me on the other end of the line and who ever she was talking to found what i was saying funny coz i heard giggles and the next thing the fone was put down on me!!! I am really fee up with receiving bad service from this SPAR!!! I need someone to please call the staff to order its really really annoying to have to deal with such!!
