My Name is Sipho Makhubo, i went to pick n' pay hoping i will get an assistance. I bought Simba chips bar code: 6001069201661 and requested to withdraw R120.00 the cashier Rosina told me, she does not have the money on the till, no R120.00 on such a big retail company!

i asked her to refer me to another consultant who can help me, she just threw the chips down and my FNB card. to my knowledge, i ask her why you throwing the card in this way, she says why you look like you fighting!!!
Lady how can i fight you cause, i only needed money and packet chips. This is unacceptable as customer and not even sure to buy anything from that store and this is not the first time.
