I have the following complaints for Mr Price Ermelo Shop 76 Church street. The card faciliites never works, they let you stand in the que for hours without telling you they only take cash. This happens numerous times in the month, even on quite times. Dont know if they are evading tax, or what the story is. The staff is very rude as well as the manager. The shop is dirty, unorganized and stinks like urine. They take for ever to unpack stock, the staff doenst want to help the clients and you stand in the que for long periods and usually on busy days like month end there is only 2 tills open. I get the feeling that the people there are being. I feel that they can at least keep the place clean and organized like the one in Middelburg Mall Fountein Road. I was there yesterday, it was very busy but the service was great, the shop was organized and they made use of latest technology and they machines were working. Something drastically must happen as I'm aware of a lot of customers in Ermelo that feels the same way.
