On 21/10/2013, we purchased a packet of frozen Supreme Poultry chicken pieces. we cooked them in a casserole and while we were eating my mom heard a crunching sound and felt something hard in her mouthful.
When she removed that mouthful of food from her mouth there were stones in the mouthful, and more of them were under the chickens skin. my mom broke her tooth in biting on the stones.
We returned that piece of chicken the next day with its packaging and have had email correspondence from Supreme Poultry, 2.5 weeks after the store manager first contacted them, now they are not responding to our emails or following up on our phone calls.
There has been no reimbursement for this chicken or any offer to pay for the damaged tooth.
