BEEN OUT OF STOCK TWICE, STILL NO REFUND

I tried to buy online from Woolworths twice now. First out of stock notification was received on 4 November - still no refund.

Second out of stock was received more than a week ago - and I still have not been reimbursed for the R300 that was deducted. Supposedly R150 would be paid back into my account and R150 gift card given back. Still no luck. They are also completely ignoring me now.

This is the WORST experience I've had with online shopping EVER. Will never ever ever try to buy from WW online again.

have also given up on ever getting my money back now.
