I ordered items from Mokki for my sons room. The items were ready and I requested they keep the items for a short while as we were moving into our new home.
A short while later we requested delivery and were told our items were given to another customer.
Weeks later and our items are still not ready for delivery. Upon querying we got such rude attitude from Luciana and get asked "have you ever imported before".
What a joke - yes we have imported but from much more efficient companies and have never had to deal with this.
This order was now cancelled and we are waiting for a refund.
I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!
