After 3weeks i finally received my ring back at the same store i requested for it not to be delivered to - due to poor service and communication. The ring was still not 100% fixed - the loose diamond which i pointed out to the consultant was even more loose and noticable that it could fall out at any point. I then took the ring back and was told it will be delt with as urgent - i get a call back saying the ring is ready but there is a small problem. The diamond was not tightened. WHAT was the point of sending it back then? I probably have to wear it and wait for the diamond to fall out so that i can wait another 5weeks for the problem to be solved. Utterly disappointed with the service and quality of the products.
This should have been resolved the first time the ring was sent away. Fed up with this company! it is truly pathetic.
Promises made from Head office were not delivered either.
