I am appauled at how my complaint was handled & how i was made to feel by the branch manager Fadiel Smith at Promenade Mall. I bought a protein shake and made my stomach cramp severly, checked the packing and it had already expired in MAY!!! Why would this product still be on the shelves! I explained all this to him and he was unapproachable, bearly listen just brushed me off saying where's your slip I DO NOT HAVE IT WHY WOULD I KEEP A SLIP FOR A SHAKE I TRUSTED THE PRODUCT AND ITS NOT PERISHABLE. All he says is well we cannot help you without a slip. I felt so small as he made me feel as though my complaint had no merit and without a slip he wouldn't even hear me. I do not want money back I want an apology.
