I received an e-mail confirming a large order with us to which I replied and mentioned that we will be sending a pro-forma soonest and thanking them for ordering with us.
My accounts then sent off the pro-forma and as you do we then waited for deposit. After a week or two we then e-mailed them asking when the payment will be made and to this day have had no e-mailed reply from them.
I left numerous telephonic messages for them to please call us back with no luck.
Eventually a three weeks later I got hold of the woman who placed the order and was told our service was terrible and they placed this order elsewhere. My next question was surly an e-mail or a quick call to tell us they were cancelling the order would have been respectful to which I got no answer.
DO NOT proceed with orders from this company until you have full payment. They obviously don't have any buisiness ethic skills.
