Service Without A Smile

I placed an order via email for two canvases on the 07th November 2013. Before placing the order I verified that if I placed the order in advance, will I receive it before Christmas and was advised "Absolutely". I was also advised that if the order was placed well in advance I would received it before the end of the month. I made a payment for the order on the day the order was placed. Two weeks after the order was placed I called Brand It and I was told that it takes 10 days, so I waited. A week later I was told it takes 3 weeks. I called on the 16th December 2013 and was told that my order will be posted on the 17th December and Hugh told me that they had lots of orders and he had no control over the postal services. Today is the 20th of December and 5 days before Christmas and I still have not received a call/email from Brand It or anything from the post office in terms of my order. Attached is the advertisement on Brand It's Website " WE ARE AN INTERNET BASED COMPANY AND SERVE THE WHOLE COUNTRY. WE ARE NOT NEW TO THE PRINTING INDUSTRY AND BELIEVE EACH CUSTOMER TO BE AS IMPORTANT AS THE NEXT. BIG ORDERS ARE NO MORE IMPORTANT THAN A SINGLE T-SHIRT. WE WILL ALWAYS GO THE EXTRA
