From the moment I walked into their showroom full of wild ideas for my kitchen and bathroom, Alvin was there to listen patiently and offer advice. He took the time and effort to make me feel like a VIP customer. He somehow managed to get me everything i wanted. He constantly kept in touch about the products he was sourcing and got them delivered to me in stages as and when we needed them. His polite, courteous and pleasing manner was such a pleasure and relief to deal with when going through such a stressful process. He went above and beyond what was necessary and can honestly say he has been the best sales man i have EVER encountered!
I wish nothing but the best for him in his career and life and would like to say a MASSIVE thank you for making my life just that much easier. I would recommend On Tap in Durban North to anyone who is renovating their bathroom or kitchen.
