Poor Service

I was supposed to have received a replacement bed in January 2013, to date I have not received anything. I was then advised that the bed would be delivered during the week of the 11th October 2013 and still nothing. I have emailed almost 6 / 7 different people at Mr. Price home but no response at all, which is hugely frustrating. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
