On 17 dec I placed an order comprising of 22 items. I was billed the full amount, in early January after calling twice I finally received my order, to find only half the qty delivered. I have been calling since to rectify this as i was charged for more then I received. been passed from one call center agent to the next, with numerous promises of being called back! eventually Mr price home online agreed they will send me a gift voucher for the remaining amount, this was last week! im still waiting. i also took the goods to the woodmead store myself! the store manager called some country head who assured me that this would get sorted out.. no chance! they have not gotten back to me! i have tweeted about this several times, no response from mr price home! why provide the online platform if you cant service it? utterly disgusted, wondering if this will even get any attention. i guess cheap also means cheap or no service.
