GIFT PURCHASE A TOTAL DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

I had purchased an Ashley Baby Cot on the 2 September 2013. After been told that it was possible for the cot to be delivered to Centurion Mr Price Home within the 10 -14 working day period. The cot was to be collected by my brother at the said store. A few days after the purchase, my brother had received a call from one of the staff members to confirm the store the cot was to be delivered at. My brother had confirmed the store. On the 23 September 2013, he received another call from a staff member only to be told that the cot is delivered at the Pavilion Mr Price Home Store. I called the Mr Price Customer Service department today and was transferred to the Pavilion Branch and spoke to Siyabonga. Only to be told that 'there was a mistake and that is why the cot is at the Pavilion Mr Price Home branch". Whomever or whatever was the reason for this 'mistake' is liable for the costs incurred to courier this cot with a private courier company to deliver the cot to Centurion Mr Price ASAP! It leaves me really disappointed to experience such an unprofessional and negligent attitude from a staff member/s who paints a bad picture on the whole Mr Price Group!
