I am a loyal customer of Shoprite, but what I have experienced today I doubt if I will do my shopping with them again even if I will loss my ebucks, because I am also banking with fnb it doesn't matter anymore, today I went to Shoprite at Hammanskraal Kopanong shopping center around 6.54 pm and the shop was closed, even security guards closed the parking gate for us, according to me the shop is suppose to close at 7.00 pm, I where suppose to buy electricity at money market and buy grocery, now I am sleeping without electricity and super because people want to leave early, I don't understand why people cant wait to close the shop and go home on time that company promised to operate until, this is really bad service I have ever experience before.
