My family member is currently working at Lewis in Empangeni and they have not been paid ANY overtime since September 2013 and are forced to sometimes work from 6am to 7pm. this is unacceptable, as no person can force one to work overtime and not be paid.
The branch manager manages the store poorly as people are treated with disrespect, even i treat dogs on street better than what she treats her subordinates.
It is now moving into the festive season, and my family member is not allowed to take one day leave from now to the end of April, and she will be forced to work on public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays!!! and this is not fair.
