I have been trying for three months to download ebooks that I have purchased. I could not and demanded my money back! This they could not even do correctly. I have tried everything to get a satisfactory response from them. Been nice and been nasty. I have called their call centre on many occasions and received promises but no action or call back. I have sent emails that are ignored, the list goes on!
The total amount spent with them was a measly R 190 and I must have spent twice that amount of cellphone calls.
I wish that for my satisfaction and security some one with any form of business ethics would listen to the calls that I have made and that they they supposedly record.
From today this goes to the next level. I wonder if they will treat the Consumer Protection Commissioner with the same lack of interest?
