Outstanding Service Delivery

On 23 November 2013 I went to pinetown markhams to purchase a pair of shoes. I asked an Indian salesman who had tattoos on his hand and his reply was go there and find out pointing to the till point. No care what so ever. I then decided to drive to hillcrest to check for the shoe and on my way there I called Kesie a regional manager at the foschini group. He managed to source the shoe I wanted and also have it kept aside for me. It was at the exact store in pinetown and once I had had lunch I drove back to pinetown and upon entering the store a lady named Cynthia greeted me and asked if I had come for the shoes. I have never received such excellent service at any other retailer before. I am a sales manager at game and service delivery is the most important aspect of our business. Kesie and Cynthia. Well done you guys need to train your sister store on customer service as truly you two stand out amongst the rest in your group. This is what will make me drive back to that pinetown store and shop although I work at the Pavillion.
