Bad attitude

This incident happened on the 21/11/2013 at 5:05pm his contact is 0873541896 I couldn't get his name because I had a bad reception. The agent called me about outstanding balance and I told him I have paid today and he told me I owe R400 and something which I disputed and told him to check his records after being persistent about that amount which he never checked before calling me. He then realised that he made a mistake and he said he checked a wrong statement. He asked me why I took a long time to pay this account and I explained to him that the reason being am not working so when I get money I try to pay which I never had a problem with other agents. That agent said to me I must not buy from Home Choice again with an attitude and I told him yes of cause I will never buy from them and he said to me I must not buy from anywhere in South Africa which I found very insulting because he works at Home Choice and he can't tell me where to buy or not.
