My husband had a problem with the edgars account it was fully paid and still we were put on credit bereau for it for problably 7years and now we want to use the account they saying we cant i need to know who problem is it cause the account was fully paid and the letter of settlement was issued but now we want to use our account because of the poor service that we did get at Edgars account
